Yoga for Osteoporosis 6-Class Video Series 💻


Have you wondered if you can practice yoga even though your bones aren't quite as strong as they used to be?


This 6-class video series was specifically designed for women concerned about low bone density, osteoporosis, or osteopenia. 


The series was recorded live over six weeks. You can take the classes in order, once a week, or at whatever pace feels good to you. The classes are approximately 45 minutes in length. You will have access to all six classes once you purchase the pass for one year.


Props: The class will be most enjoyable if you have a yoga mat or exercise mat that is comfortable for you to get onto on the floor. We work in standing, sitting in a chair, and getting down on the mat. Two yoga blocks and a blanket are also recommended.


If you have had a recent fracture, it should be completely healed, and you should be cleared for exercise before embarking on this series.


This class assumes that you can get up and down off the floor at least 2 times, even if you use a chair or something to hold onto to get there.
