This on-demand class series was created specifically for women healing from a wrist fracture or wrist pain—by someone who’s been there.

Over the summer of 2024, Dr. Andrea Trombley, PT and yoga teacher, fractured her left wrist. She continued teaching and recording her signature Weights & Core and Yoga-Inspired Movement classes—with smart, safe modifications—designed to keep you strong, mobile, and motivated while you heal.
