This class is 35 minutes of fun, offered every Monday and Friday morning at 9 am EST, or 7 am MST. Only monthly members can take this class.
Grab your handheld weights, put on your sneakers, and let's do some lifting and core work. We use handheld weights (or not) for this workout. We focus on good form to protect our backs and spine so that we build strength safely and with confidence. Modifications will be given often. Enjoy.
