✨Welcome to my Exercise Library!
The triceps kickback is a great exercise for strengthening and shaping the upper arm. As you get into position, you will also be working on core strength with a slight hip hinge, a strong core as you press the small weights upward toward the sky.
I like to start with very small weights, especially for anyone with low back issues. This exercise is a core stabilizer, and you will need to work up to a point where heavier weights are used.
Take your time, it is a fun exercise to master.
Enjoy, breathe and be present.
