✨Welcome to the Exercise Library✨.
To stretch your quadriceps muscles correctly, you need to keep your knees close, your hips straight, and point your kneecaps toward the floor. If this is too much, back off and use props to take the pressure off of your knees or hands. A strap can be used to extend the reach of your arms, or have a chair close by and use that instead of your arms.
This is video is part of an extensive collection of yoga poses, weight lifting tutorials, and stretching instructions for you to review before taking part in an exercise program. Or maybe you were already shown one of these exercises but can't quite remember exactly what to do.
