Learning yoga can be intimidating. Here are my tips for learning Warrior 2, one of the first poses you will do in almost any yoga class. Remember, these cues are general guidelines, and there are many, many modifications that can be made to accommodate your specific need. Enjoy. Be safe. Do what feels good in your body.
