Welcome to this Yoga-Inspired Movement Practice!
This session is all about helping you feel strong, flexible, and balanced while supporting your bone health. Whether you’re working to prevent osteopenia or osteoporosis from progressing or just want to move with more confidence and stability, you’re in the right place!
We’ll go through gentle yet powerful movements that improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance your posture. This practice is for everyone, and I’ve made sure it’s easy to adapt with props like yoga blocks, a blanket, and a strap for extra comfort. And if you need a little more support, feel free to have a sturdy chair or a wall nearby.
Our practice today includes:
Seated opening
Breathing sun arms
Climb ladder
Upper body circles
Wrist flossing

Hip circles, figure 8
Calf stretch
Bird dog, arms, then legs
Puppy pose
Tadasana, 4 corners of feet
Warrior 1

Biceps hammer curls, alternating

Overhead march with DB or not
