Enjoy this short sample Weights and Core workout. This opening sequence is done entirely in standing, using hand held weights to increase muscle and bone strength. You can do this without weights if you have not been doing any strength training. Enjoy, and if you would like to do more of this, join Andrea on Friday's at 9 am for a 30 minute class.
