The Quad Set! This exercise is for assuring that your knee is getting into full extension, straigtening, and your quadriceps muscles are doing their job. It is prescribed frequently for knee pain. This exercise is also done to prepare for knee surgery, because it is probably the first one you will do post-surgery.
