Super Quick Core Strengthening Clip

*Welcome, this is a short stabilization sequence that we did in Weights and Core class. Get your small dumbbells or weighted bag.

*This sequence begins on hands and knees, and is all about core work, going slow and being deliberate with your body. Leg extensions
*We then do just a little upper body control as we lower leading with chin and chest.
*Next come into Sphinx and work into plank.
*Flip over for weighted bridge pose.
