Exercise Library: Wrist Waves or Wrist Flossing
February 19, 2021

This sequence, wrist waves or wrist flossing, is a nice sequence that helps release tension in the hands and wrists. This can be useful after a day of computer work, or before a yoga practice to prepare the hands for weight bearing. In physical therapy, it is a variation on a nerve glide. Do this to glide, or floss, and not to the point of pain or intense tingling. This should feel good!
