Exercise Library: Shoulder Side Lying External Rotation

How to do side lying shoulder external rotation with a small weight, or no weight. Keep your elbow tucked in close to your body, you could even put a small dishtowel between your arm and body if this helps you keep your elbow in. The arm does not lift high, just enough to feel the back of your shoulder gets that nice muscular feeling.

This exercise is often given as a rotator cuff strengthener.
