Tree pose, a balance pose. Start with a solid base, rooting down into both feet. This entire pose could be done next to a wall for additional balance support. If you are losing your balance over and over, consider using more support, by standing next to a wall, or placing your foot down on the floor.
Go slowly into the pose and come out of it slowly as well. Become aware of how your entire body feels after tree pose. Is your balance internal or external? Take the time to pause and reflect.
