Exercise Library: Four Corners of the Feet

Create a stable base for your posture and for your poses by finding stability in your feet.
The 4 corners:
Big toe ball mound
Inner heel
Little toe ball mound
Outer heel
Press gently through each aspect of your foot as you relax your toes. All standing poses begin here.
