Enjoy 15 preselected and recorded Yoga classes and 15 recorded Weights and Core classes in December (All classes are 35 minutes in duration.)
You should have several small free weights, as well as yoga props (mat, two blocks, blanket), to fully engage in the classes.
All classes provide modifications. This is not a beginner series. If you are brand new to yoga or weight training, please purchase the
2-class intro series first.
