Have you wanted to go through the Strong Women Stand Tall and Build Muscle Program but the times haven't worked for you?

Now you can do the entire program on your own, at your own pace, and once you are done, you may be eligible to join the exclusive monthly membership of live classes.

This pass gives you access to 32 classes and 8 education sessions that make up the Strong Women Program. Half of the classes are Weights and Core, and the other half are Yoga Inspired Movement. 

All classes are 35 minutes long. (This does not include access to the Content Library).

This program is designed for women over 50, emphasizing proper form for those with low bone density. Use any free weights you already have at home to begin. You may be surprised when you find you can't wait to go get a few heavier weights because those initial weights are getting light!

You will have access for 👉 six months and can take the classes as many times as you like. You also have access to the full Exercise Library to further work on your form and learn how to safely modify both yoga and weight training exercises.

There are no live classes with this program. If you would prefer live classes, and education sessions with Q & A, please get on the waitlist for the next Strong Women Program.
