In this 2-class series, Dr. Andrea Trombley Physical Therapist and Yoga Teacher introduces you to the basics of her Strong Women Stand Tall and Build Muscle program.
Each class is about 48 minutes in length.
For the yoga portion, you should have a yoga or exercise mat, and a blanket, and 2 yoga blocks. For the Weight Training, gather any weights you have at home, or you can use water bottles and soup cans. For something a little heavier, a gallon of water will do. The emphasis will be on form, not heavy lifting.
